Stravito Debuts Deep Research AI Agent

Stravito upgrades its AI Assistant with a Deep Research Agent designed to deliver fully sourced, analyst-level answers for strategic decisions.

Stravito said Wednesday that it had introduced a Deep Research Agent to its AI Assistant, aiming to deliver more rigorous, fully sourced answers for strategic business decisions.

The Stockholm-based company, which provides an insights intelligence platform used by global brands, said the new capability is designed to address a growing concern in enterprise AI: that speed often comes at the expense of depth and verification.

Rather than generating rapid but surface-level summaries, the Deep Research Agent autonomously plans multi-step research workflows, analyzes full reports in parallel and conducts iterative quality checks before presenting its conclusions, the company said. The system works exclusively from trusted inputs — including primary and third-party research stored within a company’s knowledge base — rather than drawing from unverified public web sources.

The result, Stravito said, is analyst-grade output that is fully sourced, citation-backed and verifiable, allowing executives to rely on AI-generated insights when making decisions about corporate strategy, competitive positioning and growth initiatives.

“Many organizations routinely make major decisions without using the intelligence they already own,” said Thor Olof Philogène, Stravito’s founder and chief executive. “The research exists; it’s just trapped in files no one can find fast enough.” He added that AI systems that cannot be verified risk introducing “wrong evidence” into decision-making processes. “Deep Research Agent is built to close that gap.”

According to the company, the new agent can interpret complex questions, break them into sub-queries, identify relevant sources using metadata such as geography and document tags, and analyze charts, tables and graphics using vision capabilities. It also cross-checks findings before responding and supports customizable prompts, enabling teams to tailor workflows to their specific needs.

The release follows Stravito’s recent launch of AI Personas, a feature that simulates consumer reactions to ideas using a brand’s segmentation research to help teams test concepts before investing in market rollout.

The Deep Research Agent upgrade will begin rolling out to customers in the first quarter of 2026, the company said.
