UiPath and Deloitte Launch AI-Powered ERP Automation Tool

UiPath, Deloitte have expanded their alliance with an agentic ERP offering that uses AI orchestration to automate complex enterprise workflows from end to end.

UiPath and Deloitte have expanded their existing alliance with the launch of an agentic enterprise resource planning offering that uses artificial intelligence to automate and orchestrate complex business workflows — from financial reporting and procurement to sales and master data management — with the goal of reducing the manual work that continues to slow down even the most digitally mature organizations.

The offering, called Deloitte Agentic ERP, is powered by UiPath’s Agent Builder and Maestro orchestration platform. It is designed to address a problem that persists across large enterprises despite significant investment in digital infrastructure: that ERP systems, while nominally digital, are still surrounded by a patchwork of spreadsheets, email chains, portals and point solutions that require users to manually switch between systems to reconcile data, collect evidence and manage exceptions.

That friction, the companies argue, produces slower cycle times, inconsistent outcomes, higher operating costs and control weaknesses that surface in audits and executive decision-making.

The Agentic ERP offering coordinates AI agents, robotic process automation and human workers across end-to-end workflows, routing exceptions to people with the appropriate context and oversight while autonomous systems handle high-volume execution tasks. The architecture is model-agnostic — organizations can bring their own large language model — while standardizing orchestration, security and policy enforcement across the enterprise. A governance layer called the UiPath AI Trust Layer is built into the system to ensure that autonomy scales within defined controls.

Hitesh Ramani, UiPath’s chief accounting officer and deputy chief financial officer, said the partnership offered enterprises a practical path from task automation to intelligent workflow orchestration. “By combining autonomous AI agents with robotic process automation, organizations can move from assisted automation to intelligent workflow orchestration — unlocking efficiency and strategic capacity,” he said.

Jerry Hoberman, SAP offering leader at Deloitte, said the offering addressed a longstanding gap between ERP ambition and ERP execution. “The promise of ERP modernization isn’t new — but the ability to orchestrate it is,” he said. “Clients get a practical path to scale AI safely: model-agnostic intelligence, effective end-to-end orchestration and governance by design that turns AI from pilots into performance.”
