Eagle Eye, a SaaS and AI technology company serving retail, travel, and hospitality brands, has launched Personalized Promotions, an AI-powered solution designed to help retailers deliver real-time, one-to-one offers to millions of shoppers. The move signals a shift from personalization as strategy to personalization as scalable execution.
Turning a Long-Standing Ambition Into Practice
One-to-one personalization has been a goal for retailers for decades. While loyalty programs and digital channels have improved customer recognition, promotional execution has largely remained blunt—dominated by blanket discounts or manually deployed offers aimed at broad segments. The result has been limited relevance, inefficiency, and rising operational complexity.
According to estimates from Boston Consulting Group, enterprise retailers could unlock more than $100 million in topline impact by scaling personalized offer execution. Eagle Eye’s new platform aims to address that gap by replacing manual, segment-based promotions with automated, individual-level decisioning.
From Segments to Individuals
With Personalized Promotions, retailers can generate and deploy tailored offers for each customer in real time. The platform uses AI and machine learning models to create, allocate, and execute discounts aligned with individual preferences, business objectives, and budget constraints. Eagle Eye says the approach improves promotional efficiency while supporting customer acquisition, reactivation, and long-term engagement.

The platform also extends personalization beyond retailers, offering CPG brands a more precise way to influence shopper behavior. Personalized Promotions provides individual-level attribution and performance reporting—moving beyond predefined segments and limited test pools. Eagle Eye says this creates new opportunities for supplier funding while improving transparency around incremental sales impact.
Part of a Broader AI Personalization Strategy
Personalized Promotions joins Eagle Eye’s broader AI Personalization Science suite, which includes Personalized Challenges, a gamified engagement tool used by retailers such as Tesco, Morrisons, and Carrefour, as well as Smart Rewards, its real-time loyalty and incentives platform. Together, the tools are aimed at enterprise retailers, grocers, convenience store groups, and CPG brands seeking to scale personalization without surrendering control.
