Amplitude Buys InfiniGrow to Expand Revenue Analytics

Amplitude acquires InfiniGrow to bring AI-powered revenue analytics to marketers, turning dashboards into actionable insights that drive measurable growth.

Amplitude has acquired InfiniGrow, a move the company says will deepen its push to make analytics more actionable for marketers and more tightly linked to revenue outcomes.

The acquisition, announced in San Francisco, strengthens Amplitude’s broader AI strategy by extending intelligent analytics across marketing and revenue use cases. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Marketing teams today sit atop unprecedented volumes of data, yet translating insight into action remains elusive. Too often, analysis lives in dashboards while decisions are made elsewhere. Amplitude says InfiniGrow’s technology and team will help close that gap—shifting analytics from retrospective reporting toward tools that help teams measure, forecast, and optimize marketing’s impact on revenue.

“InfiniGrow built AI to answer the hardest questions marketers face, and that’s exactly what Amplitude does,” said Spenser Skates, Amplitude’s co-founder and chief executive. “Together, we’re turning complex data into clear decisions teams can act on with confidence.”

At the core of Amplitude’s approach is a renewed emphasis on session-based analytics. Analysts play a critical role in defining sessions, connecting customer journeys, and maintaining trust in data. To strengthen that foundation, Amplitude is making sessions a first-class construct across its platform and preserving session context over time—ensuring marketing actions are grounded in accurate insights and directly tied to business outcomes.

Without that rigor, the company argues, action becomes guesswork.

InfiniGrow’s AI-powered capabilities build on this base by enabling marketers to quantify how campaigns drive revenue and to plan ahead with greater precision. Through scenario modeling and “what-if” analysis, teams can test assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and allocate budgets using AI-driven forecasts rather than historical averages alone.

“We built InfiniGrow to apply AI to the real decisions marketers face every day, grounded in clean and contextual customer journey data,” said Daniel Meler, InfiniGrow’s co-founder and chief executive. “Joining Amplitude allows us to scale that work and contribute to a broader AI analytics vision that empowers teams to act with confidence.”

With the acquisition, Amplitude is signaling a clear ambition: to unify product, marketing, and revenue analytics within a single platform—and to ensure insights do not stop at reporting, but drive decisions that move the business forward.
