The agency’s client-accessible platform adds AI-readiness metrics and competitor benchmarking as AI search reshapes how buyers find technology vendors.
10Fold, a B2B integrated communications and content agency, announced MetricsMatter 5.0, the latest version of its proprietary communications intelligence platform. The platform combines earned media, social, digital, competitive performance, website activity and visibility across five AI platforms. 10Fold says it helps marketing and communications leaders understand performance, spot opportunities and make faster decisions.
The launch comes as AI search changes how B2B buyers find and evaluate technology companies. In 10Fold’s 2026 survey of 400 B2B technology marketing decision-makers in the U.S. and Europe, 58% said their integrated reporting already includes an AI search or a large language model visibility platform.
“MetricsMatter gives my team the data and insights we need to gauge performance and clearly demonstrate the ROI of our communications work. That’s only becoming more important as AI changes how people discover and evaluate companies,” said Jason Beck, vice president of brand communications at Salesloft. “MetricsMatter 5.0 gives us a clearer view into both Share of Voice and Share of Answer, showing how we show up whether people are searching or turning to AI for answers.”
The new version goes beyond reporting historical activity. It delivers continuously updated insights on what is influencing results now and where business impact may be possible. Each client has direct access to its own MetricsMatter instance, where it can monitor results as new data arrives, compare its performance with competitors across time periods and identify shifts in momentum, visibility and impact. Clients also can bring in data from other marketing programs.
“Marketing leaders don’t need another application filled with disconnected numbers. They need intelligence that tells them where they stand and gives them enough time to act,” said Susan Thomas, CEO of 10Fold. “MetricsMatter 5.0 brings together data, competitive context and our teams’ domain expertise to support stronger strategic decisions.”
Measuring AI readiness, not just media volume
MetricsMatter 5.0 expands traditional media measurement to assess the breadth, consistency and authority needed to influence buyers, media, analysts and AI-generated discovery. New capabilities include:
- Coverage Diversity Index: Evaluates earned visibility across media categories and sources to identify concentration and gaps that affect market authority.
- Message Inclusion Analysis: Measures how consistently priority messages appear in earned coverage, showing which are gaining traction and which need reinforcement.
- Recency Index: Measures the freshness and continuity of relevant visibility, distinguishing sustained market authority from reliance on older coverage.
They join existing measures, including competitive share of voice, coverage quality, source tier and type, proactive versus news-driven coverage, and feature versus brief coverage.
Connecting social performance with earned media and digital impact
The platform integrates social performance with earned media, digital, AI and competitive data. Social metrics include follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates, performance over time, campaign correlation and neuroscience-based measures of the potential impact of social posts and creative templates.
The result is a unified view of how earned, social and digital programs work together, rather than a set of isolated channel reports.

Understanding visibility in the AI discovery era
MetricsMatter 5.0 measures brand and competitive visibility across ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Measures include:
- Overall AI visibility and competitive trends
- Performance against strategically selected prompts
- Changes in visibility over time
- Citations and sources that influence AI-generated answers
- AI-driven website referral traffic
10Fold pairs the technology with strategic consulting to help clients refine their prompts, understand which citations and sources shape AI responses and apply those findings to communications, content and visibility strategies.
The company’s new AI-Ready LinkedIn Presence service complements the platform. It evaluates company and executive LinkedIn profiles and recommends ways to strengthen discoverability, authority and consistency on priority topics for B2B discovery.
A unified platform for communications intelligence
MetricsMatter 5.0 is built on Snowflake, which provides the cloud data foundation. Adverity supports API-based data integration, and Preset provides the analytics and visualization environment.
Clients can compare their performance with competitors and across reporting periods, evaluate results against forecasts and goals, and correlate communications and marketing activity with website traffic and other business-impact indicators. They also can spot changes while programs are underway, when there is still time to respond.
Intelligence powered by strategic fluency
Technology alone cannot turn communications data into business impact, the company said. 10Fold account teams with domain expertise in complex B2B technology markets support the platform and interpret results in the context of each client’s technology, buyers, competitors and market dynamics.

Built for increasing accountability
Marketing and communications executives face growing pressure to demonstrate business impact while adapting to AI-driven discovery. The 10Fold study found that only 35% of B2B marketing leaders have fully integrated reporting, and just 38% connect communications and visibility metrics to pipeline and revenue influence.
MetricsMatter 5.0 is intended to close that gap by connecting media readiness, social performance, competitive position, AI discovery and business-impact indicators in one client-accessible platform.
MetricsMatter 5.0 will be generally available by Sept. 30, 2026.
