The plugin, built on MCP, lets teams pull real customer and employee feedback straight into ChatGPT — no exporting, no switching tools.
SurveyMonkey, a survey and forms platform, announced the launch of a plugin in ChatGPT. The plugin lets teams bring customer, employee and market feedback directly into ChatGPT, letting them create surveys, analyze responses and make informed decisions without leaving the conversation.
The launch follows SurveyMonkey’s Claude connector, introduced in May 2026, and reflects the company’s broader push to meet teams where they already work. With the plugin’s release, SurveyMonkey is now available inside two widely used AI platforms, with additional integrations planned.
“Most teams are already using ChatGPT as a thought partner. They’re writing briefs, analyzing data, and planning strategy,” said Eric Johnson, CEO of SurveyMonkey. “But better decisions still require input from real people. We all need to listen to our customers and our employees. With the SurveyMonkey plugin in ChatGPT, teams can collect that feedback and use it without interrupting the way they already work.”

With the plugin, users can:
- Create, edit and send surveys directly within ChatGPT using natural language.
- Access and analyze survey data in real time, spotting trends across surveys without exporting data.
- Combine past survey data with external sources to surface deeper insights.
- Manage the entire survey process — from creation to analysis — within the chat interface.
The plugin runs on Model Context Protocol (MCP), a standard that allows ChatGPT to securely access and interact with SurveyMonkey data. It’s available starting today through the ChatGPT Plugin Directory.
