Dentsu Unveils Unified Data and Technology Platform in India

Dentsu launches dentsu.Connect in India, unifying data, technology and creativity to drive faster decisions and measurable business impact.

dentsu on Tuesday announced the launch of dentsu.Connect in India, a move that underscores the company’s push to unify data, technology and creativity under a single global operating system.

The platform is a central pillar of dentsu’s global data and technology transformation, designed to connect media, creativity, analytics, martech and people into a single delivery model. The goal, the company said, is to enable smarter decision-making and more measurable business outcomes for clients.

Aligned with dentsu’s global framework, dentsu.Connect allows teams in India to operate within a shared system, drawing on common intelligence, platforms and workflows at scale. The launch is being driven by dentsu India’s Data & Technology team, which is responsible for building and delivering capabilities within the dentsu.Connect ecosystem while maintaining both global consistency and local relevance.

At its core, the platform integrates dentsu’s data, engineering, artificial intelligence, analytics and martech and adtech capabilities into a unified environment. By breaking down internal silos, dentsu.Connect is intended to help teams and clients move faster, operate at scale and make more predictive, outcome-led decisions.

In India, dentsu has assembled a broad ecosystem of products focused on actionable intelligence. Anchored by dentsu.Connect, and supported by offerings such as dentsu.Audiences, dentsu Spark, dentsu Product Intelligence, Mugen.ai and the Dentsu Marketing Cloud, the system combines globally proven platforms with solutions developed specifically for the Indian market. Together, these tools unify consumer insights, behavioral signals, identity frameworks and performance data into a single decisioning layer.

“As we move towards our Vision 2026/2027, we are not just chasing growth—we are rethinking how we deliver it,” said Harsha Razdan, chief executive of dentsu South Asia. “Our challenge is not capability; it’s connection. dentsu.Connect brings our strengths together, simplifies how clients work with us, and creates sustainable value for long-term growth.”
