SurveyMonkey debuts AI Analysis Suite and design tools, letting users chat with data, uncover insights instantly, and create polished, on-brand surveys.

SurveyMonkey, the world’s most popular platform for surveys and forms, announced its latest SurveyMonkey AI innovations today, including a new AI  Analysis Suite and supercharged survey creation tools. The new features are designed to help users ask better questions, make smarter decisions, and move faster. 

The AI Analysis Suite combines new and existing AI capabilities to make it easier than ever to make sense of results faster. New features allow users to:  

  • Use Analyze with AI to interact with the survey and form results in simple, conversational language. This new chat-based analysis feature provides instant insights, sophisticated data segmentation, and clear explanations in minutes, with no manual filtering or spreadsheets required. 
  • Automatically identify and categorize open-ended text responses into key themes with  Thematic Analysis (currently in beta) to help zero in on what matters most.  

The suite also includes existing features like sentiment analysis (which uses machine learning to sort open-ended responses by positive, negative, or neutral tone) and response quality (which flags low-quality or suspicious responses). The whole AI Analysis Suite is available to all users on Advantage-tier plans and higher. 

The launch also includes a new toolkit for creating surveys and forms that empowers users to:  

  • Instantly use an AI-powered paste and create to intelligently transform survey questions from a document, email, or elsewhere into a structured questionnaire draft.
  • Automatically create and customize branded “themes” for surveys and forms, adding logos,  colors, and images in one click with a built-in AI survey and form theme generator—no design skills required.  

With this expanded AI featureset, an HR manager can receive a survey draft via email, paste it into SurveyMonkey, and watch as it’s instantly transformed into a structured employee engagement survey. A marketer can use our natural language interface to ask about event feedback and instantly get a detailed breakdown of the results. Meanwhile, CX teams can upload a company logo and have an on-brand survey theme automatically created for them, ensuring every touchpoint with a customer is consistent, professional, and visually appealing.
