The customer intelligence platform says its new server connects company research to tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, with source citations and read-only access.
Stravito, a customer intelligence platform for global brands, launched a Model Context Protocol server on Thursday that connects companies’ market and consumer research to the AI tools their employees already use.
The company said the server lets businesses base decisions on research they own and trust. Model Context Protocol, or MCP, is an open standard for connecting AI tools to outside data and software.

The problem, Stravito says, it is solving
Stravito said commercial results suffer when consumer intelligence stays siloed and does not reach the people making decisions. It said generic AI tools, even when connected to a company’s files, often read a research report as plain text. That can miss the charts, graphs and visuals where key findings live, or lead the tools to fall back on unverified answers from the web.
How it works
The server connects to AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, as well as custom agents that companies have built, through a single governed connection, Stravito said. It draws on a company’s full body of research, including text, visual findings in reports and presentations, videos, audio and spreadsheets.
Stravito said marketing and brand teams can get consumer evidence inside the AI tools they already use, without switching between them.
“The most valuable consumer research is worthless if it never actually guides real business decisions,” said Thor Olof Philogène, Stravito’s founder and CEO. “Our MCP Server puts company knowledge into the AI tools teams already use, so they can launch better, spend smarter, and go to market faster using consumer evidence they can trust.”
Stravito said each response follows what it calls a “Glass Box AI” approach. Answers are drawn from the company’s own research, include source citations and are limited to what the person asking is allowed to see. The connection inherits the user’s existing permissions and is read-only.

Pilot and broader context
A global media and information provider is among the first to pilot the server, using it to bring research findings into specialized tools its teams use, Stravito said. The company did not name the provider.
Stravito said the launch reflects a broader shift in enterprise software, as companies connect the tools they have built or bought through open standards such as MCP. Research in Stravito can now appear alongside data from customer relationship management, business intelligence and social listening tools in the same AI conversation, the company said.
Stravito’s platform remains the place where companies manage proprietary research, run analysis and build AI personas, the company said. It also offers developer APIs for search, its AI assistant, usage and audit logs.
Stravito said it will release more tools in the coming months.
