Acoustic Launches AI That Flags Revenue Before You Ask

Must read

Acoustic’s new agentic tool doesn’t wait for marketers to ask the right question — it flags fading intent and builds the campaign to catch it.

Acoustic, a behavioral intelligence platform for customer engagement, today announced Acoustic AI, an agentic marketing assistant that continuously evaluates live first-party customer behavior to identify emerging revenue opportunities and help marketers act on them in real time.

Acoustic AI marks the next phase of the company’s investment in behavioral intelligence, expanding the platform beyond helping marketers understand customer behavior to proactively surfacing what deserves attention — and helping them act on it. Built on more than 20 years of behavioral data work, the tool advances Acoustic’s vision of a unified system where customer signals, intelligence, and execution operate together.

Unlike AI tools that depend on marketers knowing what to ask, Acoustic AI monitors behavior continuously and surfaces opportunities that warrant action on its own. When it detects rising interest in a product alongside lagging conversions, for example, it quantifies the opportunity, recommends a campaign to capture it, and explains its reasoning. It then helps build the response while leaving the marketer in control of what ultimately launches.

Built directly into the Acoustic platform, the tool is designed to flag shifts in customer behavior before they show up in traditional reporting. The company’s proprietary In-Market Index evaluates 27 behavioral attributes to generate a real-time intent score that indicates when customer interest is building, shifting, or fading. Acoustic AI then connects those signals to a brand’s product catalog to prioritize the highest-value opportunities.

“Marketing technology has been built around a fundamental disconnect: marketers understand customer behavior in one system and act on it in another,” said John Riewerts, chief product officer at Acoustic. “Acoustic challenges that model by bringing behavioral intelligence and execution together in one platform. Acoustic AI strengthens that foundation, continuously evaluating live customer behavior and helping marketers act while intent is still strong.”

What Acoustic AI Offers Marketers

  • Notices. Surfaces emerging customer behavior before it appears in standard reporting — from rising interest in a product to an underperforming channel or fading engagement on a top-revenue item.
  • Answers. Let’s marketers ask product-performance questions in plain language; Catalog Gap Analysis returns evidence-based answers with revenue opportunities quantified down to the SKU level.
  • Builds. Let’s marketers describe the segment, message or campaign they need, then assemble it — checking compliance and opt-out language before it’s saved.

Acoustic AI is built on the behavioral intelligence and orchestration capabilities of Acoustic Connect, the company’s customer engagement platform. By combining audience data, product catalog insights, behavioral analytics, and multichannel orchestration in one cloud-native system, it lets marketers move from insight to action without switching between separate analytics, data, and campaign tools.

The tool has already been previewed with select customers, who cited its ability to surface meaningful opportunities and simplify campaign execution.

“What impressed me most about Acoustic AI was the guidance,” said Megan Ross, head of marketing at Society of London Theatre. “There’s so much you can do with the AI capabilities built into the software we use today that the challenge becomes knowing where to focus. Acoustic AI answers exactly that. When I asked about engagement and conversions and found a data connection was missing, it didn’t just identify the gap — it guided me toward what needed to happen next. Turning a question into a clear next step is incredibly valuable.”
